Welcome to the Willow Springs Ranch Metro District!
Willow Springs Ranch Metropolitan District (WSRMD) has an existing mill levy of 59.402 that is obligated to pay off debt. There is no discussion on issuing any future mill levies. The Debt Service mill levy is set to stay in place until the obligated debt is paid off.
The main function of the Willow Springs Ranch Metropolitan District is to collect tax revenue to pay off Long-Term Debt for infrastructure and provide funding for operations and maintenance.
The WSRMD Board of Directors anticipate refinancing the debt at the end of 2024.
